Phase I and Phase II ESA – Vacant Lot at an airport

We recently completed a Phase I ESA and a Phase II ESA on a vacant lot at an airport in southern Maine for a client. The vacant lot had been used by a precast concrete company and was proximal to the airport runway potentially exposing it to hazardous chemicals. Oversight of Asbestos Abatement – Madrid Township, Maine

Beacon was selected by the MEDEP to oversee the asbestos abatement and demolition of the former Poacher’s Paradise store and dance hall in Madrid Township. The property will be redeveloped into a scenic turnout by the MDOT with the potential for a small fishing area on the beautiful Sandy River.

Oversight of Impacted Soil Removal
