Beacon was recently awarded a Phase II ESA Brownfields Investigation in downtown Brewer, Maine by the MEDEP. The Phase II ESA was based on a Scope of Work developed by Beacon in November 2018 and included soil, groundwater, soil vapor and subslab soil vapor sampling as well as a Hazardous Building Materials Survey. We complete these investigations as economically as possible due to our great relationships with subcontractors and our knowledge of the site conditions.
