Beacon is pleased to be assisting the City of Portland with 5 Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in the Bayside neighborhood.  All five of the properties are City-owned Department of Pubic Works facilities and will be transformed by new owners with dynamic new uses.  Funding for these projects is being provided by the Maine DEP through a 128A Brownfields Grant from the USEPA.  To learn more about the Brownfields program click on this link:
